Patient Tailored Resuscitation

CPR is currently performed according to recommended algorithms without provision for adjusting resuscitation interventions to the individual subject.

Part of the problem is the inability to obtain critical information during cardiac arrest to tailor resuscitation interventions – mechanical and pharmacological – to the individual subject.

At Resuscitation Therapeutics, we believe that opportunities exist to develop a new approach to CPR whereby information obtained real-time from the individual subject being resuscitated is used to optimize delivery of mechanical and pharmacological interventions.
